Brigantine Jewelry ships to the US via USPS.
As of February 2024, Brigantine now ships internationally to 190 countires via DHL.
It takes on average 1-2 weeks for jewelry to be created and shipped. If order demand is high, there may be a slight delay as Brigantine is a solo business.
I want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. Unworn merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a full refund, within 7 days of delivery.
All items purchased with a discount code greater than 10% are final sale and non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send an email to brigantinejewelry@gmail.com to start the process - include your order number and the pieces you would like to return.
Once I receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. You will be refunded in the original form of payment - you will receive a confirmation email upon completion of your return.
If you received an incorrect item or if the item was damaged upon arrival, I will repair or replace it at no cost to you. I will issue a return shipping label and send a replacement back to you as soon as I receive the incorrect or damaged item(s). Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If the complimentary repair window (7 days after delivery) has expired and your jewelry breaks, email me and we can figure out a custom solution. You would be responsible for paying for all return shipping, labor, and material costs dependent on the type of repair requested. I can also salvage your broken jewelry into a new design for a fee.
